A blend of high altitude coffees from Brazil, Honduras, Costa Rica & PNG. A sweet dry cup with subtle nutty, toffee and caramel flavours up front. Low acidity, with a strong lingering Cocoa finish, suits both black and milk based coffees.

Comprising coffees from central South America. Sweet cup with a clean mild orange acidity, going through into a caramel & toffee buttery finish.

Comprising Organic Coffees from Ethiopia & PNG. Berries, grapes, a hint of floral up front with a lovely subtle mild citrus acidity leading to a bold chocolate and toffee finish.
